Sela ensures our programs are inclusive and responsive to the needs of women, people with disabilities, and marginalized groups. She provides guidance on equity and protection. She's passionate about working with the community, especially when she collects insight stories from individuals.

Each member of our team contributes to projects that support water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), and climate resilience in schools and communities across Tonga. The projects listed here reflect the current areas this team member is supporting—whether through technical implementation, coordination, training, or community engagement. Assignments may vary based on expertise, project needs, and community priorities, and are updated as new initiatives are launched or expanded.
